What the work covers
Clearing runs from a single overgrown fence row to several acres of scrub. The trees and brush come out, the debris is hauled off or mulched on site, and the ground is left graded well enough to work with. Where a build is coming, the same visit usually includes the site prep: topsoil stripped and stockpiled, the pad cut to grade, and the ground compacted so the next trade can start.
How the ground gets left
There is a difference between land that has been cleared and land that is finished. Ruts get knocked down, the surface is graded so water runs off it instead of standing in the tracks, and anything that came out of the ground is off the property or stacked where you asked for it.
