What this site collects
If you fill in the estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, address or area and job details you type into it. That information is used to contact you about your enquiry and to quote the work. Nothing else.
Analytics
The site keeps a simple count of page visits so we can see which pages people read. It does not build a profile of you, follow you around the internet or feed advertising networks.
Who sees your details
Elite Excavating LLC, and the software used to receive and store enquiries. Your details are not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to quote and carry out work, and to keep normal business records afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call the number on this site and it will be handled.
Cookies
The notice on this site lets you allow or deny the visit counter. Denying it does not change how the site works.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the estimate form, Elite Excavating LLC may text you about your estimate, scheduling and project updates at the number you gave. Consent is not a condition of purchase. What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. George comes out, walks the job with you and gives you a number before any work starts.
What area do you cover?
Capac and the surrounding St. Clair, Lapeer and Macomb County towns, and further for larger jobs. If you are outside that, call anyway and you will get a straight answer.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and the weather. Spring and fall run busiest. You will be told a realistic window, not a date that sounds good on the phone.
